She is also the founder of Take It Easy Personal Concierge Inc, a luxury boutique concierge firm, and Take It Easy Group - A Fractional EA service business helping startups grow at a rapid pace.

 

Tarra helps time-strapped executives and entrepreneurs get their to-do lists under control so they can focus on growing their business and doing more of the work they love.

 

Tarra has over twenty years of experience working as a personal assistant and spent a decade on the road with some the world's most famous musicians and entertainers - including The Rolling Stones, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Kenny Rogers, Nickelback, and KISS, just to name a few.

Mahati Sridhar, Investment Team VP

Rise of the Rest Seed Fund

Mahati Sridhar is a Vice President on the investment team at Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund. She joined the firm in 2021 and focuses on sourcing, due diligence, and supporting existing portfolio companies.

 

Prior to joining Revolution, Mahati was an Associate at Bull City Venture Partners, a Durham-based venture capital fund where she worked on seed and series A software and internet investments in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. Mahati is also a Venture for America Fellow and served her fellowship in Charlotte where she helped launch CFV Ventures, an early-stage fintech-focused venture fund.

 

She started her career in Investment Banking at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey where she worked on the healthcare coverage team. Mahati received a B.S. in Business Administration from UNC-Chapel Hill and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Mahati originally hails from Raleigh but currently calls New York City home.

Outside of his day to day work, Srikant hosts The People Strategy Leaders Podcast and regularly contributes to the Forbes HR Council. Prior to his career in tech, he was a producer, director and writer for several films that are broadcasted on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Showtime, etc.

Gina is CEO and Chief Creative Officer of The Craftsman Agency, where she focuses on creating magical moments through custom experiential marketing and immersive storytelling for B2B and B2C brands.

 

Her expertise in advertising and marketing has driven business growth for clients like Cisco, Disney, 20th Century Fox, Paramount, and Microsoft.

 

Gina’s work spans from marketing and sales within brands, to agencies, to management consulting. Her time in management consulting has strengthened her ability to think both strategically and creatively, leading teams to push the envelope with work that surprises and intrigues prospective clients.

Tim Minahan is executive vice president, business strategy and chief marketing officer (CMO) at Citrix, where he has a proactive role in helping to drive focused strategic initiatives and the company’s overall business strategy. In addition, he leads global marketing strategy and operations for the company’s vision of securely delivering the world’s most important apps and data to enable people and businesses to work better.
                                           
A technology industry veteran who specializes in defining new markets and positioning companies to own them, Minahan has served in a broad range of business leadership roles at leading enterprise software, cloud, and services firms. He most recently spearheaded SAP’s successful transition to the cloud as CMO of the company’s Cloud and Line of Business unit. Minahan joined SAP when the company acquired Ariba, where he was SVP of Business Network Strategy and global CMO.
